Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If you receive a defective order, please submit an email to support@lavishbeautyco.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective product. All damaged products must be addressed within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee. All issued refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
